I suppose it might depend at least a little on how loud you mean by "rock gig"... by any definition I'd use-- that is, a sane, non-instant-deafness loud level with a loud band-- I'd think so... I'm very certain the Four10 can keep up, and pretty certain a 150 W all-tube amp could too. I use my Four10 with a Super Bassman (all tube) that is 300W; the impression I get is that it's far more watts than I actually need. Sometimes I wish I'd gotten a Fender 100T instead, so that it could reach that awesome tube power stage slight breakup... with 300W in the Bassman, I don't ever get that, as far as I can discern, because I play loud sometimes but not ear-shredding levels, and so rely on the tube pre for any slight distortion/breakup when I want that.
I also have an Ampeg PF50-T that is 50W all-tube and that works for a lot of gigs, but is maybe not quite enough for a LOUD rock gig... I'd think 3x the power of that PF50T -- the 150 W you're looking at-- would do the job based on that experience as well.
Whatever you do with the Four10 amp-wise, it'll keep up its end of the bargain, definitely. I also use the Four10 with a GK MBF800 (tube pre, SS power) with excellent results as well. Just my experience, YMMV, and so on.
