When I bought my Two10s in Dec, I didn't get charged a transfer fee paying with a credit card. My fee came from my credit card not having free International transactions so I paid just about $30 for that.
I have been using a DB751 with a Barefaced Big Twin II for the past five years. The BT2 is audiophile hi-fi accurate, so I was a bit surprised by a significant upper bass hump using the DB751 with all tone controls at 12 o'clock. It is easily solved by turning down the bass control on the amp a bit, and the tone controls on the 751 are pretty potent. This bass hump is not there with my other amps; Ampeg SVT3 pro and Mark Bass Little Mark III.

That bass is beautiful, too. Love that finish.Its taken me some time to warm up to my Two10, but this past weekend was a turning point for me. Ive played this church with the same gospel group every year and this year was great, the BF cab had headroom to spare, the cab was tight, focused, and easy to load out. Now If I could just kick the urge to trade it for a pair of One10s

nice. i stayed at a hostel in part of the old sea cliff lunatic asylum when i was near dunedin last. the guy just had the place stuffed with rusty old classic cars. pretty cool, but still creepy asJust purchased my first Barefaced bass cab - a Big Baby2. I only paid for it today so it is now in the production queue at Barefaced. Cant wait to get it - i have been wanting to buy one for a couple of years of more. I have only heard great things about these cabs. I currently don't have a proper bass rig - i am currently playing through a Tech21 Dug Pinnick Sig pedal and listening through a set of headphones - i do have a Trace Elliot Quad combo but it is currently in storage (too bulky to have at home). Anyways this waiting time for it to be manufactured and shipped to New Zealand will allow me enough time to decide on what amp to get for it.
I will show some pics of the cab after it arrives in Dunedin NZ hopefully in the next few weeks or so
Hiya Bronze! If it's any help, I have played GK, Trace, Ampeg, TC and Acoustic Image through my Barefaced cabs, and the best sound (for me) comes from my current Genzler Magellan. EQ flat, just a tweak on the contour knob and I'm done. Last night's rig. Really didn't need the Two 10 on top of the Four 10 but hey, had to do it. Sound guy asked me to back it off a bit at soundcheck as there was nothing going through the house rig
