Why not, I only had my Retro two 10 for about 5 weeks before selling it ;-).
My BB2 will be the only BF cab I'll own. As much as I love it I just don't need anything else. As nice as that would be my needs are now fulfilled. Looks like Alex has done himself out of repeat business by getting it so right
Maybe WE should take Alex out for a meal and a big hug lol.
As much as I liked it, and it was a big shift in the right direction, I felt it wasn't quite what I was looking for to replace my 1212L.
The BB2 is, in all respects. Even the slightly taller form factor is great as I don't have to bend down so much.
Ukiah, have you (or any other full-range Barefaced users) tried your BB2 pair as a stereo music sound system?

No I use a pair of Crazy8s as my home pa mains. Also use a small subwoofer. Sound great. I'm sure BB2mains would sound really good.
Busted out the SM One10 combo with my Nash P and Demeter head. I was a bit touchy with the volume, not wanting to crush all 800w into the two cabs. I know that puts 400 into a cab suggested at 250 with an upper limit of 500. I'll say the tone was glorious. I needed a touch more volume with this crew of noisy hooligans but not much. Probably could've gone there but I wasn't up to risking it, since I'm still considering a flip. It'd kill with a 210 or even better a 210 on another 210 or a SC
I got another round of compliments on my tone from our very picky guitarist. I never felt like I needed to dig in to get more oomph out of things. It's my favorite tone ever.
I punched the Aguilar Agro and BBBOD on at a few points. Each sounded great at low settings I had. Each warmed things up nicely.
Almost forgot. Port on the side was my favorite.

Another night playing drum machine and synth through the SC/SM stack. It kills. Got the BB2 heading my way Friday. This should get interesting pushing 800w into it is no problem.

...guitarist is using a Kemper and is considering snagging the SM once my BB2 arrives. We'll have a BF family. He thinks the cab modeling could work well with it going full range. If we add a bassist (since I'm now programming) maybe we could push him through the SC for a full BF family

I was contacted by someone through the BF users map and we had a few very interesting conversations about our set-ups and my Super Twin. He ended up buying the ST as well, based on my recommendations and the knowledge gained from the BF web site and forums, plus the advantage of having a one month trial. As far as I am aware we are both now madly in love.............with our ST cabs of course!Got contacted today by someone looking at the Barefaced users map

So, I have just put down a deposit on a one 10 and am having minor buyers remorse. I figured this would be the place to come to sort that out.
I don't play with a loud band, in fact I more than covered the band with my Rumble 100 but just wanted a touch more headroom (read: GAS hit me again). The head will be a Carvin BX250 and I hope to add another one 10 in about 4 months when we hit gig season (there are no big gig rooms in Latvia that don't come with a supplied Ampeg rig and/or FOH support). Do I really need the Super Compact (saving for another 3 months) or can I happily exist with the one 10 for a while?

you should be fine. that cab can get loud if your head can give it enough juice.
I have not yet received my One10 (before XMas delivery though) so I can't say by first hand experience yet, but if you are not playing in loud bands, I doubt you'll feel like it's lacking. I'd say, in my probably worthless opinion, that you'll love the One10 on its own, but you can always add a second one later if you want just a bit more volume... but I think you'll find one works fine for most gigs.
I decided to go for the One10 rather than waiting to have all the cash for a BB2, because I think the One10 will do everything I routinely need, and I can have a quality BF cab NOW rather than in the misty, indeterminate possible future. I may well add a BB2 later -- in fact plan to-- but for now I will have something awesome.
LOL, as I get older I more clearly see the importance of doing things now rather than later. "Later" may never come for a variety of reasons.

Cowboy, I forgot to add, I think your Carvin BX250 should be a great little amp paired with the One10. Well-matched for power, good tone etc. I should have picked one up for a back-up when they were $169 a week ago.
Big Baby 2 arrived last night. Didn't have time to do much more than unpack it be do some low volume noodling. It sounds like a Barefaced. It's probably listening with my eyes, but the bigger box sounds bigger (I was playing at pretty low volume) compared to the SM and SC. I didn't expect it to be a big cab but the extra couple of inches of depth over the SC make it look quite a bit bigger. It's still silly light.

Question/thought about pairing a BB2 with a One10... without using a stereo amp with adjustable output/balance, and without using a crossover of any kind, how would these two cabs balance if run together? Wondering about apparent volume difference between the two. If I were to run them together, I would in many cases probably run them both daisy-chained (single speaker out on the TH350) to get to 4 ohms. In the past, I have either used two identical or substantially similar cabs together, or had a stereo amp so that I could throw balance to one cab or the other to balance them. Will these sound balanced?

Alright! Played with buddies last night, just a full-on jam session. The BF Super Midget held its own against an unrestrained drummer and an 80s hair metal lead guitarist. Never went for want, and had plenty of headroom. The tubes on the GK MBF800 were solid and gave great grind. And now that I have colbalt flats, the grind and brightness is there without the finger noise
Can't say enough goodness about the SM!! It never felt small except when I picked it up. Down low, up high and all through the middle it was fat, beefy, and clear. I had the tweeter rolled off and just had a blast, never worried about pushing too hard, over powering or anything - just good loud fun.

Best I can say is that it sounds balanced at volume with a One10 and SM, to my ears. The volume level will probably be pretty influential. The 10 is built to distort with volume, so the louder you get the more obvious the difference could be. I just got my BB2 and it sounds pretty big in the lows (limited use time so far). In guessing the 10 with the port orientation on the side will be the better fit but I can't really say if it will be desiresble when combined. I don't have my 10 any more so I can't attempt the combo.
Anyone in northern New England have a BB2 cab (Massachusetts or somewhere close by)? Will be looking for a lighter solution for gigging, and this sounds like the way to go. I currently use an older single Bergantino HT112, but would like something lighter and even more balanced. Looking at these cabs or the Audiokinesis cabs.
