I really like the look of an etched enclosure. JohnK's examples are really nice and tasteful. I'm seriously thinking of etching a few enclosures myself over the next few months.

I wanted to get into etching. Then I realized all the stuff you had to get and the type of stuff it was. I live in an apt. Most likely not the best place to do etching in....

That steel-wooled UD looks particularly cool, with the hints to the original design still showing. (and of course, being black to begin with instead of that sickly orange)

How are the Joyo Analog Delay and Analog Chorus pedals?

How are the Joyo Analog Delay and Analog Chorus pedals?

I have the Chorus, I like it quite a bit. It can go from subtle and deep to super warbly. My only complaint is the super loud pop the switch makes. It's the only Joyo I own with this problem.
As far as the Delay goes, I believe there was an extensive discussion two or so pages ago.

So I need a vote of sorts. Which one would you guys think best fits the American? Or looks the coolest. I know whichever one I pick will need to be trimmed of course.

I'm liking the these. I've kind of narrowed it down to these. Still want opinions. Thanks guys.

Look at the image, think about where the foot switch is, and where the knobs are.
This would be beyond perfect.

That was also the one I was referring to as being ruled out. It should be ruled back in.

That looks a little squished. Might just be better making it a little larger and cropping off the excess.

I went with the three faces. It fit perfectly I actually couldn't get the blue one to shrink down and look nice. I may try and again later. We'll see. I like the fact that I can wrap the faces. I'm gonna try it and see what happens. Pics soon to come. Thanks for the input guys. Not trying to totally ignore. The blue one wouldn't resize in a nice way. Ah well. Maybe I can get it down really small to do my UD.

Well, I think this is gonna look AWESOME when I get it all put back together. So clear and shiny. I'm glad I went with the photo paper. It wouldn't have looked nearly as good with regular paper IMO. It ain't perfect but trail and error is what I need I suppose.
