Here's mine ! Just got it yesterday.
What comes in the box for these ? Got it at GC and they did not have the box or manual or anything besides the amp and power cable.

That's pretty much it. You can download the manual (PDF) from the website. Just go the the LMII page and you will see a link to the manual.

Enjoy... it's just a wonderful, wonderful piece of gear IMO!

Edit: REMEMBER... those filter knobs are flat when 'off'... it looks like you have them at noon in the picture... just in case you didn't know. For most, the 'sweet spot' on the filters is the VLE off, and the VPF on just a very slight amount (maybe 8 o'clock). That's a good place to start, with the rest of the tone controls at noon.

I have just seen the new MB amps at Frankfurt - very cool the F500 looks fiddley to me but is packed with features, including a mute. The new SD800 with a tube should be awesome! There is also something new on the stand which is a modular Amp system allowing you to chose your own layout! More info will be available soon on their website.
