Official Orange Club II

New Years Eve with the Orange Terror Bass 500 and 2 OBC115's.

Needless to say the rig kicked a$$. Have another gig coming up tonight and I might use the 4 Stroke.

Finally get to join the club!

Just picked up this monstrous combo! The used market rather sucks here in Vancouver with a minimal amount of gear being sold locally and even less Orange gear ever popping up. I saw this pair being sold a week ago and knew I just had to jump at it.

I've only played around a tiny bit so far, but holy damn is this loud. Like can't put it past 1 loud. I'll have to work at finding the sweet spot between levels on the amp and the bass. It's definite overkill for where I'm at right now, but damn I love it!

Guys, so the box for my AD200 is actually in pretty poor shape. The head sounds awesome and works great, box the box is beat up. Has anyone had a new box built, or had the factory Orange box have the tolex redone?

I have been toying with the idea, but never really asked around. The price might not be worth it.

May we see photos please?

If the box is mechanically sound, Tolex is pretty easy. The more difficult part might (and the key word is might) be to get replacement Tolex with the exact same texture.

If the box isn't mechanically sound, you could (obviously should) fix that first.
