Some of the Terror Oranges had faulty 'fets' installed in them due to some manufacturing issue, which Orange knows about. It was posted on the Orange forum.

Update on my Terror Bass 500. Long & McQuade opened it up and it's a blown fuse, but the tech said that he didn't like the look of it so they're gonna keep it to do some more testing on it to see if it's gonna keep blowing them, and then decide if it needs to go back to Orange.

I read that the fuses blowing is caused by the FET problem joeydavidson mentioned above me.

They swapped everything out and took wonderful care of me. Haven't looked back, love my set up!

Sold my AD200B, Picked up another TB500 (my second), sounds killer though my berg nv610. Similar to the AD but not as full, but more defined sounding. I forgot how powerful these little buggers are.

Got the call from L&M on Tuesday, they got my TB500 back from Orange. Apparently Orange replaced the entire power section, so we'll see how this one holds up.

We have recently completed issue #6 which includes a full review of the Terror Bass 500, SP210 and SP212 enclosures. That TB 500 did extremely well in our bench tests!

Anybody ever heard a terror bass through an 810? I am thinking of upgrading and was wondering if anybody had ever heard one before. I am having trouble finding anything about it being used with an 810.
