Official Zon Club Part 5

Yep this would be the "dingwall" way right? replace the screw by strong magnet, let me look at it

When i got the bass the battery got loose out its "folded foam" compartment, the electronics is clean but that part did not felt aligned with the overall craftmanship

Maybe i worry too much, it's just you know, i had it once with the bass set up for a gig, but left plugged, then battery dead as you're about to start. I guess ZON player have a much more professional behavior
Dingwall does that? I saw a video review of a bass a few years ago with the magnet back cover and thought that it was a good idea.

Due to the incredibly long wait for my build I believe that Joe is ignoring me.
I just like to have confirmation of it.

You are probably right!!

I'm in a 2019 build group for another brand and all I get is 'It's coming!". I wonder how long I can play that game when it comes to the final payment?

I just googled Elio Motors and you are correct, waiting on a bass build is much more painful!!!:roflmao::D

That's a Big Boy Toy!!! It's cute! Can you transport a bass and rig in that?
Oh, well considering that I think the car is DOA, I suppose I won't have to worry. However, I do have a 30" scale P-bass in a guitar gig bag, and a GK Microbass MB150E-112, so they would probably fit. And my PJB Double Four would certainly fit if the MB is too big! :roflmao:

My first Zon was a fretless Sonus Special 5 that I bought new from Joe in 1997. All my phots of it are un-pixelated® but there is this video of me playing it from back in the day.

I just listened to this! The song was good, had me grooving to it! The playing was great, but I really like the keys, I assume under your guidance, really knows what to do with the left hand while playing with a bass player!!
