I like the artwork and the fact that you used your wife’s work to customize your amp. But despite the fact that my truck and basses and drums and gear are covered in stickers and art, and my body is covered in tattoos, I have very stodgy, boring taste in amplification. I am most drawn to plain, unadorned black boxes with knobs. Perhaps your band mates are unadventurous in this regard like I am?
I used a banner on my old Yamaha 2x10 over the metal grill. I kept when I sold the 2x10 and upgraded to a 4x10 but was to lazy stitch it back on I like the look of something on the grill for a little extra individuality.

After I graduated from college, for some reason I decided to launch my own t-shirt company called "Frogongit". This is long before the internetz was a thing and I couldn't find a vendor to sell my shirts. I ended up selling what I had at a swap meet and maybe made $150.00 and decided i sucked at designing t-shirts and moved on with life. But I used a couple of designs later on. Here is my "Frog-Crossing" logo on my 1965 VOX cabinet. BTW, I still have the original VOX material somewhere if I ever want to restore it to a more original look.
PS. The pic is from 2011. Most of the gear has moved on to new homes, but I still have the VOX cab and the red 89 DynaBass.

Orchestra musicians tend to wear black. The thought behind it is they don’t want to do anything that distracts from the music. Rock’n’Roll is a different story.

I like it. I'd throw a black light on it and see if it's florescent
My guess is if the band is playing heavy Stones/Dead-influenced rock, the other guys probably think the picture is a little softer than the image they're trying to portray, though they'd probably be OK with a warrior woman in some Frank Frazetta-inspired style.
It's not my thing, personally, but I sincerley hope you don't care what I think, and do what you want. If you like it, keep it.

I appreciate all the love for the idea, too. I'm not stuck on any one picture, we have a whole house full of paintings; some not so niche. Or I could come up with my own graphics. Change them up every so often. I started with this one because it is my favorite. (I know I said that already)

Maybe you should have offered all the other guys good deals on artwork... Its an interesting thing, because, really, what kind of audience member's going to get seriously distracted by a static image at the back of the stage? There are worse things to be known for than "the band with those paintings on their amps". I can even imagine turning up with different artwork at every gig being good for turnouts, and in these hard days its also another merchandising possibility, prints/postcards on sale after the gig, that kind of thing.
Its like the orchestra boys. "We all wear black not to distract from the music". Right. As if the mass of people sawing and hammering away doesn't... If they really didn't want to distract from the music they'd be performing behind a curtain! Its just another form of image projection...
