Cross posting this from Rigs of Doom. Just picked these up today. These are early to mid 70s Festival Series 212-215 cabs. Had a hard time finding any info on them aside from a couple of threads here, so I'm assuming they're rare. They were marketed as PA cabs back then, but per the Peavey guys they had the same Ram drivers that were in the bass cabs from that era. The one on the left is all original and sounds great. The one on the right has a different set of 12's. I haven't opened it up to see what they are yet. Might turn that one into a Frankenstein cab and replace them all with Black Widows or something else. The other one is gonna remain as is.

Hey, thanks! For any other Peavey nerds, here is a schematic. I knew they were 4 ohm because it says so on the backplates, but I had no idea what kinda power they could handle. The schematic is the only thing Peavey had on file for them. They were able to determine the wattage ratings for the speakers based on that. The 12's are rated at 125 watts a piece and the 15's are 150 each. The Firebass will run at 2 ohms but I haven't tried running both cabs together yet. I'm almost afraid to...

Looks like an early Washburn Scavenger to me.
Here's a snap of my old stuff with my new 450 and TVX cab. I've had to make two grill cloth covers because I bought them with them missing. Just picked up the 450 and the TVX yesterday and am very very impressed so far. Some tweaking and its gonna be wicked!
Haha! Ya it's a problem. The guitar amp in the back isn't mine though. It's our singers. The bass stuff is mine though. All told its less invested than it looks. It's fun to collect when it doesn't break my bank!
Is your TVX a 410 or 412? Stumbled on a 412 model a few years back and have used it as my primary rig since then. I'd never even seen the 412 model til that one.
Edit: Don't know if you gig with that TVX very often. I don't see any wheels on it, so if you do your back must be in better shape than mine. But for how long?
I haven't gigged it yet. It's a 410. For whatever reason these are hard to find around my place. There was one rig with a 412 and a firebass head for sale. The person wanted $1000! I have less than that invested in that picture! I just picked the cab and head up the other day and am planning for casters asap. It's heavy, but really sounds awesome so I'll put up with it......isn't that what drummers are for?

Here's a close up. The cab was in a store that mostly sells pianos and brass instruments. It's been sitting for a long time. The story is that it's a "demo" cab. It's been there for the three years that I've known the store. Is it NOS? I hope so! The head is new and the sale was too good to pass up.
Did a mock setup of the full 3 amp, 4 cab Peavey Henge. Itll be loud. Waiting on last pieces which should all be here by the end of Janurary. After that itll be ready to be a traveling monument of Peavey. Ill give a full rundown when its complete, until then heres a teaser.

I'am wondering how the Festival amps are I lost out on buying for 179 bucks in good shape and Peavey 400 w distortion I assume maybe guitar head. The festival head is Lynard Skynard sound from mid 70's
