Hey alaskaleftybass, where in Alaska are you? I was born in Fairbanks and moved to Anchorage after five years. Spent the next twenty years in Anch.
Lovin' the "Wall O' Peavey"
Kinda reminds me of when I saw Molly Hatchett on their first tour, opening for AC/DC (Highway To Hell tour)
That pic is from their second album tour I believe, but they were still using all Peavey.

Sweet, I saw them at Chilkoot Charlie's in Anchorage in 1985. Super sweet.
Btw I know exactly where Sitka is.
Guess I need a #. Picked this up at a local pawn shop for 60 bux!! It's a little dirty, and has a couple of scratchy pots, but otherwise in excellent condition. Everything works, and it's quite loud...and built like a tank! A little TLC, and some castors, and boom, excellent combo!

Aren't they awesome amps!!!!!!? I have one that I found locally for $50. I took it home and did the same thing you are talking about. I glued some tolex down, fixed an input Jack and put on some heavy duty casters and BOOM! A wicked combo that I use every Friday night at practice. Loud and proud! I'm gonna put some handles on the sides though. It's too heavy for just the top handle. Enjoy the new amp!!! You'll love it!

I've got a 400B and 215 cab loaded with Eminence Kappa Pro LF-2's. I have the original square magnet speakers. They have a couple of tears. Head is dated 12/5/77, needs another deox bath.
