Peavey T-40 Club Part 2

time to join a new club i guess, just brought this home last night. One owner bought new in 79 by the seller's dad. I asked him if he was sure he wanted to sell the family heirloom...
Came in a painfully original case with a green shag interior and duct tape "protected" exterior. best part is the zip-tie and electrical tape handle. 79 - this was before the black molded cases when they still used a generic case.
Neck is straight to a fault though, pots are pretty clean and switches good. Tuners have tons of play though, is this common? gonna have to look at replacements if this is to be a player.
Stoked to finally get my hands on one though, should be fun

no, its quite filthy in fact, decades of grime, pitted chrome, string ground pickups and its fair share of general road wear.
Now THIS one below, from Tubehed, THIS is what clean looks like! holy moly
