Pet Peeves, let's hear them.

I like my Mac laptop... But I hate, no I despise the ridiculous design of the MagSafe power adapter. I must have gone through 8 of these. Forced to spend $79 on a replacement for which the fix should only be about $10. For anyone who does not use this system... Sorry for the rant.

My biggest pet peeve is the amount of rudeness on the internet. I'm a big supporter of online anonymity, however it bugs me that most people seem to be too immature to be anonymous without abusing it. The whole troll culture is just pathetic, but there's even people who aren't trolls that will not hesitate to be incredibly rude to others online over disagreements. Yes, you are anonymous, as are the people you are interacting with, however I think it's important to keep in mind that they are still people, you should treat them the same way you would in an offline interaction. I hope the trend dies quickly as the internet is becoming a bigger part of our lives.

+100 well said.

Those hubcaps that don't spin with the wheel.

SPINNERZZZZ! hahaha I love them! (on Need For Speed) :hiding:

hmmmm... a pet peeve of mine..

When people talk too quietly and you have to ask them to repeat themselves like 4 times when they could've said it loud and clear the first time, then they get p***ed off because they had to repeat themselves and you get p***ed off because you had to wait around for what was surely a useless piece of information anyway... rant rant rant....

Try being hard of hearing as I am and this one is even MORE annoying. :spit:

People who can't stop changing their hairstyle or keep complaining about their hair!

When you've sent an email/text/whatever asking someone a few important questions and they only give an answer to one question. Then you kinda feel like a dick for asking the same questions again...

People who boast about their earnings one week, then the next week they start bitching about how they apparently don't have any money!

Drawn-on eyebrows.

Drivers who won't indicate I suppose for an everyday thing. I can understand if there is no traffic around somewhere but when there is, if you move your hand 4 inches there's an indicator stem there and I don't have to try and read your mind, help me out here! :)

People who drag/scuff their feet when they walk.

Well, except for the ones who have a medical condition that prevents them from properly picking up their feet when they walk.

Agreed! I was walking in a local mall yesterday (it was raining, and I felt like going for a walk without getting soaked), and I passed a group of teens, one of which was standing there squeaking is sneakers (or whatever they're called now) on purpose. It took everything I had to NOT throw the little bastard over the railing!

A pet peeve of mine is people that just come darting out in front of you (walking, but especially when driving!!) without looking and don't even acknowledge you when you almost plow into them! Another is people that have no grasp of "personal space". If you're less than an arm's length away from me, & I don't know you, you're too damned close. Back Off! Just another reason I wear spurs on my Dingos.
