When I was a teenager, somebody down the street from my house had an MGB GT exactly like that one and I wanted one but in a different color.
I imagine that This is the definition of 'on a roll'!

When i was in high school, I had a 68 Chevelle Nomad with a 250 ci inline 6 and a 3 speed on the column. It was a horrible car, but I loved it.

Between the 57 Chevy and the 69 Camaro, they are likely among the two most iconic cars ever.
I found this in a Walmart parking lot on Saturday. It's essentially a really expensive 2 seater Chrysler Lebaron, assembled in Italy. Chrysler TC by Maserati. What I like about this example is the 16 valve Maserati cylinder head and 5 speed Getrag. With a head that flows (at least better than the 8 valve) the lowly 2.2l turbo made slightly more power @200hp.
Base price was around $35,000 in 1990!
It's weird to see one of these, yet alone at Wally World in Hermitage. I'll never understand how Chrysler executives thought this car was a good plan.

Back in the late '70s, when the folks at the Petrified Forest National Park in AZ (near Holbrook) were pushing their boundaries out, they came across this car...abandoned along the side of The Mother Road (historic Rt. 66), covered by brambles and other local growth.
The Park Rangers decided to leave it, unmolested, where they'd found it.
It serves as a mute monument to those who were forced off their land, and onto The Road, by the combination of the Great Depression, and the Dust Bowl.
