Pickguard help for an ugly Precision Bass

I have the same type of pickguard on my Jazz. Mirror chrome. Talk about blinding ppl when the stage lights reflect off it. Super cool. Plus it matches strings and hardware.

I like the gold anodized, but take those stickers OFF! A nice alternative would be antique white pearloid.

Goldmember is right. Gold guard is a cloassic look!

I have 2 of those basses and that pickguard is ugly. On the black one I have a Red tor and on my blizzard pearl I have a Black marble... incredible improvements... the black marble would also look good on the black.

Pickguard Paradise also makes several blue pickguards that might look good on such a dark blue. They'll cut a pickguard for any bass.

I like it, but if you don't, white or cream pearloid would look nice, as would white or mint

Since the body has a texture already, I'd probably go with a solid color like cream, or black if you're into dark-on-dark.
