Picture upload is not working

I have been trying all day to upload a picture but it doesn't seem to be working. Is it down or is it just me. I never had a problem with it.

Mine did the same. I uploaded to Flickr, then linked it in the post.

I haven't had any problems. Check your picture size. The maximum is 1200 x 1200 pixels.

My picture is in the right size but when I hit upload the window comes up not responding. It's like it's not working. Never had this happen before.
