Why guys like D'Angelo (R'n'B), De La Soul Common or Talib Kweli (Hip Hop), Roy Hargrove, Herbie Hancock or John McLaughlin (Jazz Fusion) Ziggy Marley (Reggae) Mark de Clive-Lowe & IG Culture (Broken beat) don't hire any of those "dozens and dozens of talented other sidemen" then?
