All members are members for life unless they ask to be removed.
- You must post a picture of your bass with a PJ pickup configuration, any body style is acceptable.

My P/J basses, a USA Spector NS-2 and a Fender FSR '75 Jazz Bass.

As you know, Im a die-hard Spector man too, Superdick, but that Fender FSR is slammin!
A while ago I posted a question about who the great PJ bassists are. And since this is the PJ club and there are a lot of members in it, I figured this would be the best place to get a bunch of suggestions.
Surprisingly there was not even one!
Aren't there any really good PJ bassists who might have inspired you guys to get a bass like that yourselves?
For me on Jazz Bass: Marcus Miller, Jaco, John Pena, Alex Al.
P Bass : Paul Jackson, Jamerson, Pino, Willie Weeks
PJ: Victor, Doug Johns, Kai Eckhard Karpeh... but I can't think of any others...
can you guys help me out here?
Recently added the perfect strings.
Sounds even better.

Thinking about changing the pickguard to black.
I have to agree. I tried out 50 to 60 basses this past year and the PJ was the only one that compelled me to buy it.I play P/J because I like the sounds I get from it, it suits my approach and it fits the music I like to play, not because someone else plays one. Sorry to be so blunt.
Reggie Hamilton plays a P/J configured Jazz Bass. Monster player.A while ago I posted a question about who the great PJ bassists are. And since this is the PJ club and there are a lot of members in it, I figured this would be the best place to get a bunch of suggestions.
