I bet the guy running them live crashed one with too many Pornhub links open at same time the nite before in the motel, he freaked and dumpster tossed themPublicly dumping on the crew? I wonder if that’s the reason their laptops went “missing” to begin with.

Without knowing what’s on the laptops and various other relevant information concerning the loss, making assumptions about them is not constructive or wise or fair.
False information can run amok throughout the internet and social media sites when people assume. It’s a bad habit.
Nor a boomer. If someone out there is saying electronic music is not musicianship, it's not a millennial doing it.
That said, my post was all in good fun. No need to take it personally.
Angry nostalgic boomers acting like angry nostalgic boomers. Nothing new here.
I'm going to have that put on a Tshirt. I already have a string of responses for when someone asks what it means.Context. It matters.
Agreed.Looks like a great show.
Now, that was funny. I'm going to show that to a metal guitarist I know, and watch his discomfort. The way they use their laptops are more akin to if a metal band showed up to a gig and only had clean DIs to play through.
That clip gave me an idea for a line in a song I'm working on that's had me blocked for a while. The idea was from the video, not the song.I have followed this and although I'm not a huge fan on this band I've heard some songs that are pretty darn good.

And sometimes people deserve being condescended to.Condescending thread title of the year.
Grab an acoustic guitar and...I don’t see the issue here. In the 21st century a laptop is a viable musical instrument. If you’ve got all sorts of charts and tracks on there that you’ve counted on and they go missing what are you going to do?
Give a show that is not anywhere close to what your fans expect from you.Grab an acoustic guitar and...
Given some sort of show vs. no show, well, I'll go for the former.Give a show that is not anywhere close to what your fans expect from you.

Provide a uniquely singular event, a performance of their songs that no other crowd will see or hear ever again. Demonstrate how to overcome adversity and still entertain your fans. Give them a story to tell, a memory to savor, the feeling of being in on a secret of sorts with the band.
