Ok, equal rights might not have been the best choice of words. However, you know, as well as I do, that there is subset of people who post almost entirely in OT. And for their posts to be generally ignored by the administration seems a bit like a backhanded slap to the face.
I, myself, probably spend half my work day on TB, and 85% of that time in OT, because I like the people here, the sense of community, and the ideas & opinions I share with my, do I dare call them, friends.
We all have equal rights here. My posts in OT won't count, yours won't count, no one's will. OT is not a person. Nothing is being taken away from anyone that isn't being taken away from EVERYONE. It's not an equal rights thing in even the remotest sense. Name one right that is being taken from you that is not being taken from everyone else as well.
