Still not finished, though. I'm waiting for a Digitech Bass Synth Wah, I don't know if it will stay. And I'll put all this around a looper, when all pedals are definitively settled.

For those who will ask :

*The LS-2 is here used to bypass the Phase 90. When I have moded it in true bypass, I'll think of another use of this LS-2.

*The Tubeblower is in a custom built loop in the Muff. In fact, the sound passes throught the muff when muff active, and when bypassed, throught the Tubeblower. This way, I can switch between OD/disto and fuzz in one single switch.

In the future, I need a "changer" looper to reverse Trinity (wah/envelope filter) and distos order. I love the both configurations (wah before or after distos).

How come your not using, the boss delay and volume pedal any more?

I was not using the Boss delay enough to keep it. And I would rather go for a simplier (and cheaper) model, if I bought one again.

The volume pedal is still there, but I hesitate... I would like to us it as an effect control, I'm thinking of getting it at the end of an effect loop, to control the "amount of effected sound" in my sound, in real time. In fact, I'm thinking of getting all my effects in a LS-2 loop, with this at the end. I could use the LS-2 as :
*master bypass
*clean boost
*dry/wet mixer

But I also need some other looper, to get thing in //, to be able to reverse wah and distos... So all of this is not stable enough yet.

Progress. Board has been painted, velcro applied, first five pedals powered through my 1spot, and connected through my George L's kit.

I need another 2 George L's kits, my looper, another daisy chain power unit, and a EH adaptor and this board will be finished.

I ordered a Holy Grail for the other board, but it was malfunctioning so back it goes. I think the second board will be for the larger pedals. I wouldn't mind picking up a EH Bass Micro Synth, Digitech RC20 XL (I believe the is the correct model number) and a Choralflange for that board, and possibly a Modmax Filter pedal and another (better) delay later on down the road.

It sounds very guitar-like. With power-chords, it allows to do terrific rythmics, really guitar-like.

That's the way I would use it if I had one, I mean.

sound's great! i went through alot of actual bass distortion/OD pedals before one of our guitar players lent me that spare MT-2 to try out. with the bass/low EQ knob cranked it puts out a very full low end. i'd like to try it through a looper pedal at some point though to see what happens, until then, i'm more than happy with the sound i get from it. and yes, i do play alot of chords with it on .
also, the Rat pedal in the pic actually contains the 2-band pre-amp from my frankenmarcus. sounds better after the MetalZone pedal in the chain, plus, i can obviously use it for all my basses. eventually, an Aguilar OBP-1's going in there.
and the case is one of those $20 metal tool "briefcases" you can get at menards or lowes. i just replaced the hinges with latches.

brad, its REALLY awesome!

i was thinking Digitech Digireverb .. but eventually got the RV-5 .. its really awesome, full, sustain, even better than my CEB-3 for some reason .. i use this a lot in melody or just put it on .. for fuller and more sustain in my hand plug ..

BUT
this won't work too well when you have high overdrive or distortion .. as the sound will be echoing and becoming unclear ..

as for regular plucking this is GREAT

Heres my pedal bag. It used to be the gig bag I used for my Digitech GNX multi-effects, but after I returned that and got some real pedals I just reused the old gig bag for my pedal board. I just stuffed a stiff metal speaker grill into the bottom to keep it rigid and when I close the lid everything is so tight in there I don't even need to worry about velcro


Also pictured is my Yorkville Kickback Keyboard amp. The 3.75" tweater in there makes my Microsynth sing and my drum machine rock.
