Cool board bigchief. It looks like a really severe angle in those pics, though! Do you have to lift your foot up really high to get to the pedals? Maybe it's just the pics.

I use the PSM for an effects loop primarily. I use it to turn the chorus, flanger and phaser on or off as a group. I find it a lot easier to select what modulation effects I want for a given song, and then just use the PSM-5. The fact that it powers other pedals is incidental to me. The other warts are just because I haven't consolidated the whammy and wah yet. The Rat has a totally different connector, so I will have to keep that wart.
The angle is not as severe as it looks in the picks, but I did want it to be steeper than most people like. Just a preference thing. I don't find it to be uncomfortable.

Ah... makes sense. I'd have done it differently, but the PSM-5 works fine for that purpose!
There's a solution for that... there are convenient connectors available for most pedals out there, that can be added onto a daisy chain power supply or power supply brick. The Rat uses a 1/8" center-positive plug, right? There's an adapter plug for that to use with any power supply or daisy chain.
In the end, I could see all of those pedals being on a common power supply, except for the Bass Whammy - I think that's 9VAC, if I'm not mistaken, so it would have to stay on a separate adapter.
Yeah...I wish I could build my own, but I've pretty much parted ways with my wood designs, so I think I'll just try to save up some money and buy a nice pedal board off of someone, but as of right now it works pretty well, so I can't complain.

It seems to me that the DanEcho is really early in the chain. I'm not saying that it's not in the right place, I'm just curious about how you use it. Do you tend not to use it when the distortions are on?
And is that Daphon Heavy Metal Distortion really good? Like better than a Death Metal Pedal or a Metalzone? How does it compare to those?

I do use the DanEcho with the distortions, but rarely. I have it early in the chain mostly for the tone I get through the BSW with it. There's an intro to a song I'm in the process of recording that has the DanEcho, BSW, Flanger and both phasers on, but I'm running it through a Electrix MoFX for another delay that I can tap and mostly, you'd swear it was a synth, not my bass. (btw...the phasers are on at different points, not always together.)
Crazy I know, but I wanted to do something weird.
As far as the Daphon pedals...they're great! The Boss MetalZone has that EQ, so you can tailor it a bit more in certain ways, but the Daphon has a tone knob that can make it that crazy, cut your head off, buzzsaw distortion, or, you can have it more like I do, which is a thick, very dubby type of distortion, if that makes any sense. Plus...at less than $40 brand new...you really can't go wrong IMO. I've never used a DeathMetal, so I can't comment on it.
The daphon pedals are actually REALLY well made and a buddy of mine, who built his entire pedal collection, was very impressed with them. I let him borrow a couple of them to check out and he couldn't find a flaw except for the cheap pots...and coming from him, that's a pretty big compliment...

It's a fuzz pedal that also has an octave in it, with the fuzz on, it's a killer fuzz with great tone, but once you click on the octave, it gets this cool gated type tone that sounds a lot like an old 8-bit video game...thus the label.
