Here's a pic I think I shared a while ago. Jackie was a marvelous cat. Mrs. Bassist4dalord and I had to put her down today She had developed kidney disease and stopped eating. Went from 9lbs 10oz on 9/5 to 8lbs 12oz on 10/1. We got to say farewell during the procedure at the vet's office.

We got her on January 23, 2012, two weeks after we got married. She will be missed!

I'm really sorry to hear of your loss; back in 2011, my wife and I had been through the pain of loosing our German Sheppard (Raven - all black, beautiful, and loving) from bloat (its pretty horrible: their stomach flips and twists, then will eventually burst if medical attention isn't sought immediately) .

Here's more of Nellie. She is not impressed by my fretless technique at all, she tries to stop me if I play my fretless. Weirdly the fretted precision with flats doesn't bother her. (I wonder if she's been spending too much time on TB..) If I play anything with roundwounds, she just leaves the room.
