Bad advice, not true.

It will be interesting to see if any of the non-original solutions work out. I will say that I connected up my MB Compressore with a 1200 mA 9v wall wart on accident and it would NOT drive drive the pedal.
I loved the tone of the MB Compressore but couldn't get past the wall wart and the hugeness of it. It's a GREAT pedal compressor, but there others that are equally great sounding without that hastle.
does anyone know what Y cable I can use to power the compressor and the super synth off the 1 power supply tat somes with either pedal?
thx
Sorry to wake up an old thread, but will the truetone 1spot cs7 power the compressore? It has the 12 volt options, but they’re 200mA and two 9 volt options at 500mA.

Cioks DC7 powers the Compressore nicely fyi. That's what I use.
If it wants to pull more than 500mA then you will get a voltage sag and things could get wonky.Resurrecting this again...single output from the DC7 works ok even though it's only 500mA at 12v? Any benefit in doubling the current with something like this? Or would that double the voltage also?
So would that adapter work then if I set 2 outputs at 12v?If it wants to pull more than 500mA then you will get a voltage sag and things could get wonky.

Thanks! Never thought I’d be excited about a power supply...got one orderedYes, use Cioks 8800 Invalid Link Removed that's what I used when I had the Compressore and the DC7. There's several on Reverb.
