Thanks, yeah from the pics the finish appears in great shape on the front side but there's checking and, on the back, belt buckle rash down to the wood. According to Elderly Instruments it's all original. I'm still awaiting my tracking number so probably won't have it in hand for a week yet but will definitely post some more pics when I have it. :bassist:

Bass arrived Monday, first thing I did was change out the rounds for some TI flats and after a some minor intonation adjustments to the saddles she was ready to play. Here's a quick phone pic from this morning:

Love the bass. Had my first gig with it tonight, just a superb P-bass, perfect tone and the playability is a good as they come. Nice wide/thin C neck, super low action, effortless to play. It's a keeper! :bassist:

Yeah it's been played but well taken care of. There's plenty of surface scratches and dings but nothing major. The last owner (also a TB member) told me he had the bass for some 15 years and didn't use it much except for recording so for at least that long it didn't get much use. That's going to change now that it's mine. ;)
