Swapped out my Broughton Messenger for the Aguilar AG pre, added in the Saturnworks active summer, added back in the Broughton HPLPF, and moved the Infinity looper later in the chain.

What’s the verdict on the AG Pre!?
How is that looper? Looking for something now.
Thank you for suggesting side-chain compression in a pedalboard context. What is the kick in? Click? MIDI? Onset detector? I can think of a few ways to do this (and one easy one cuz ZOIA), but am curious what you're doing.View attachment 5135916 Update of my board.
As of now, it is still on a carpet on the floor with wires everywhere. This pedalboard map is easier to read
I ll get my DESS HPB2 720 in 2 weeks ! Almost done with the noodles on the carpet hahah.
Other than that, I added a Vulcan XL, and added a mono mixer to have, if I want, an external source trigger my compressor (sidechain compression) especially the drummer's kick.
One other improvement would be to change the Slö for the Slöer. I like its light reverb tone. But maybe I ll never use it .... and it is not cheap !
Octabvre (tbd), Mono Mixer (fall) and Noble (spring 24) are still missing for the moment but they are either ordered or pending.
I’ve had both (Cali and Omni) and the Cali76 was just that much better- easier to dial in, sweeter tone, and played better with other Origin products.Origin Effects infusion updates. I’m trying to decide on the Cali76 CB or my Omnicomp. They’re both so subtly great, tough to decide. The BEAD is a beast!

I fondly recall playing that exact bass stack for 100s of gigs and later it became a part of my stadium rig with a CS800 and PV 3620 cab.
