I've mentioned this one in a few threads here but it bears repeating.
My favorite that i've used a few times but have been knocked back by band members on more occasions sounds very rock n roll but when read the right way is anything but.

My nephews first band was "Turds in a urinal", it still makes me laugh.
There was a band at Villanova named that when I was there; best headlines on the board possible for an underage-bar ("TONIGHT: Free Beer"). They were good and I imagine one of the 6000 college bands called Free Beer.
We considered Free Health Care last year. Thought it might get some (soon to be disappointed) people in to see us.
As an 25yo Ami in Frankfurt, I always giggled when someone said "guten fahrt wuensche ich". I still smile when I hear it and wish it to people as often as possible. Had to break out Langenscheidt's to explain to people why we Anglophones thought it was so funny.
