Is there a gate on this?
There is gating that is inherent in certain settings and it can be quite gated, but I would not necessarily refer to it as a gated fuzz...if that makes sense.

cool, very interested in this - lets hope more effort went into the pedal than the JMJ promo shot, where they just photoshopped (v badly) the pedal over a TC delay pedal!!!![]()
That was Paul Barker being silly. Too silly I guess.
yup - subtle humour is definitely wasted on me!!
I can't believe this pedal doesn't get more love than this single thread. Maybe lack of demos? People need to know about it!![]()
Is anyone familiar with the BlackCat BassOtaveFuzz? Is this similar?
Some of your riffs were super cool, though, so there is a bright side. Nice pedal. Enjoying what I hear so far...price is not bad, either. Heard a lot worse that costs a lot more.Glad there's interest in my pedal, you guys. Thanks for checking it out. Sorry about my crappy video with just the camera mic for audio. I'm terrible at that kind of thing, and very uncomfortable talking too. Luckily Paul (and since, other people) have posted better demos/videos.
They're based on the same circuit, as is the B:Assmaster. The Diabolik has a beefier low end, though.

I've always wanted a B:Assmaster, but have never had the room. Reaaaally considering one of these.
do you know what the squish does exactly? when rolled back completely, the fuzz control has no effect. so it's not just tone, is it? otherwise yeah, very easy to dial in a tone. much more than on the muff based pedals!
