Actually I have a lot of will power. It's won't power I'm lacking.
So what did YOU order?
We're up to Lucky 13 Empress orders! LOL
All of the specs should be up on my site now: G&L Basses (On Order) - all - Rocket Music
G&L is still taking my orders, so we can add more as of right now! I expect that to end sometime in the next 1-2 weeks.

I sure want to place another order for a L2500, but I've got to experience the LB-100 first, and see how it all works for me.
And, that would be past the deadline for this Empress order.

I'm still hoping Empress simply becomes a generally available option at some point. I've got to think G&L is noticing all these basses we're selling because of it...
Curious - is this still "open"? What options, if any, are available? Could / would they make an Empress ASAT semi-hollow?

I believe it is still open. G&L has yet to tell me to stop taking Empress orders.
Any and all G&L options are available, and Empress is a $100 MSRP upcharge. Here's a useful list of models and options.

Yeah, I think this was a prototype pickup that they were trying out. It's not available as a standard option, but there is one out there in the world now. LOL

So that's officially the first one of all of these Empress orders to ship. I expect the rest will soon flow as well, probably within the next 1-2 weeks.

That is SWEET! Almost makes me wish I had chosen differently. And I don't even like green basses LOL!
I'd have been tempted to go with the mint pickguard though. I'm not a fan of the mint guard but on green I think it works really well.

I'm with you on the mint pg, I don't really care for it myself.
I was going with the "natural" look of the forest as the green and the tort/rosewood for the tree/trunk.
I like rich colours, I don't have another bass with this richness of colour, so this will work just fine.
