Rickenbacker Shoes

Is this an officially licensed shoe? I can hear Rickenbacker's lawyers typing furiously.
If they're a legit thing, I suspect Adidas will be going after them... "Adidas, the brand with three stripes"
I'm sure they've got their Adidas and Rickenbacker rights cleared as thoroughly as they do for their Fender and Gibson shoes. Here's a sampling...

And similarly, they aren't saying that they will donate any proceeds to charitable organizations, but they're happy all the same to sell you shirts and shoes that display your support for breast cancer, diabetes awareness, and a variety of other causes.
