Roscoe Club

Well...I went half-way. I got the pink top down, but only an absolute NUT would add a pink fingerboard to a bass with a pink top! :woot:

Speaking of which...I think JOME77's next build should be a SKB3005 with pink ivory top, pink ivory fingerboard, and...for that matter...slap some of those pink DR strings on there as well. Done and DONE!

With chrome hardware.

Real men can play totally pink basses!

...........but the chrome hardware is just totally asking too much! :D

Hi,

Just joining with my first LG 3005. I believe it came from this forum through Basschat to me. Standard 18.3 spacing, 35''.

Those are some purdy Century's but that big blonde SKB 6 with the maple board is calling to me.... that is dead sexy!

Yes, it's sweet. Spanish Cedar body with a really active Maple top (quilting and water drops). It's just over 18 months old and has seen shamefully little play time (The Century body shape is just a little more comfortable for me).

Here's a little better pic that shows a Diamondwood ramp that the magicians in Roscoeland did for it.

Sweet looking Roscoe's Johnny! All 3 are beautiful!

....... I'd say you have the 3rd, 4th & 5th best Roscoe's in the Middle Ga area!

We might have debated the ranking a little earlier, but the mailman left me a box from Roger today. :hyper: Just finished installing up-town knobs on the Walnut Custom AND the Amboyna Signature. ;)

Sorry JOME,
