Roscoe Club

Sorry about missing the GTG next month. Afraid it can't be helped this time.

Yeah, that's a real bummer Johnny!
For those attending the GTG though, Johnny has offered to let me bring the flag ship of Roscoe fretless basses (Gard's former custom Signature 3006) to the GTG.
And I promise to get lots of attendee's finger prints all over it! ...................... (along with some of GA Bob's Sizzling BBQ sauce)! :roflmao:

I'm in town (south of ATL) this week...anyone want to have a pre-gtg? All I have with me are pictures...here's the fam of 5:

You want to share pictures? And those Roscoe basses don't seem like they are getting played much.
Where south of ATL are you?

I share pictures, you share your basses for sale ! They aren't getting played this week, and I wish I was playing even more. I'm at about 110 paid performances between different groups for 2019, as my 'side hustle'. Not counting 2 churches, I'm around 35. Could I do not all with 1 bass? No, not happily. :)

Variety is the spice of life!:)

You are playing a lot, then!

I’ll easily share the basses I have for sale, but neither is a Roscoe. :D

so I did a thing , it may make some of you cringe so sit first :D
I've purposely added weight to a bass twice , this bass needed a few more ounces in the tail to get a perfect balance as it's so crazy light . Again the simple fix was a BA bridge . just enough to shift it to perfect . It's still "light" this time I took a chance on the Fender version . I like it , it has rounded corners and a wider end part that looks better than a BA I think . Perfect bolt on fit , even the saddles where adjusted properly right out of the packaging . Crazy huh . I tracked it too , working on an original , hacking out some ideas . This is direct with J rolled down about 20% P full on .

To me, I think the bass has a good tone, but it's hard to to hear it for the drums!
