Roscoe Club

Well, I'm joining the fold, thanks to radmin. It was exactly the bass I would order if I did—and the wait time is only 4-6 DAYS! :D

I'll be absconding with my new (to me) LG3005 to the balmy climes of Brasil soon. Not sure if Roscoes are well known there or not, but they are LOUCO for basses there … especially boutique stuff.

I do have two gigs to play before I head out, so I'll try to get a picture of it "in the wild."

Congrats Pax. Pictures?

This might be random but do you know how I can get some music with Pipoquihna? I've been unsuccessful in my searches.

I hope you're kidding. He's a phenomenal talent. I want to see how this kid developes.

Here's a video of him doing things most grown men can't do when he's a child...

And here's another of when he's a little older. If you could do this with a crowd I'd want to listen to you...

This kid is truly incredible.

I appreciate exceptional talents. That's why I'd want to listen to him.

Here's a recording I did on an iPad using my 30 inch roscoe and instruments from garage band.

Lead bass - bridge pickup soloed, tone and highs rolled off, going through ebs dynaverb pedal ( purchased from rocket )

Rhythm bass - neck pickup soloed, highs and tone almost all the way up, no pedals.

I'm using little tracks like this to practice different aspects my playing.

Please feel free to critique any aspect of my playing. Both positive and negative comments encouraged.

Very nice Keith! I totally love the feel of your solo playing. So expressive.

You'd never know that was a 30" scale Roscoe. All of the low stuff sounds nice and tight and very much like a typical Roscoe!

How about an upset today over the NOL's? That would make the season a bit more bearable for the Gator world!

Of course I don't want an upset in Dixie Land! :D

Roll Tide!

Joe,

I was right. My blood pressure is 250/120 and I had five coronary episodes. The defibrillator was standing by.

Y'all would have won if it was not for the kicking game. It was like Bama was too good this season and had never needed to rely on field goals. However, that 99 yard Td was just nuts. I had to go outside to get some air after that.

This was the most intense 60 minutes of football I've seen since, well, two weeks ago ;). Once again, the state of Alabama is the center of the college football universe.

LOL

Yeah that was a crazy game for sure. Good for college football but a bummer to lose one like that.
My hats off to Auburn though. They stuck around and eventually capitalized on the last Bama mistake of the evening.

What difference a year makes! :)
