TB needs a “don’t like” button!
Different strokes for different folks....
That was why I said I don't care lol. I know many do but Visually and tonally I just prefer many others instead.
I just went over to the website and didn't see anything that said that. Where did you see that at? I've got a buddy that has purchased a couple basses recently from them.

It's not that I don't like maple 'boards, I just have 3 other ash body/maple fingerboard basses which are keepers, and I couldn't get the "growl" out of that Roscoe that I was able to get out of a previous SKB with an ash body and wenge 'board, so i figured I'd see what Keith could do. It is definitely cheaper than buying a brand new bass
And yes, to each their own, which is why there are so many options. Otherwise, what would we argue about on TB
?

Well, it's not a Roscoe, so my acquisition doesn't belong in this group. And I haven't posted a NBD in the main page as TB seems to be strongly divided on this builder. I observed a number of people get roasted when they post questions, concerns or NBDs of his work.
