Man, I love Blues!!! I talked the band leader into doing some blues tunes, maybe even a Blues set! Getting my guitar pentatonic scales and fingers loosened up!

Of course, the Greens song is a sad song about a bruised relationship going further south with evidence in the love missing in the food preparations.

Those are colorful lyrics, Fritz! I actually wrote an instrumental Blues song some years ago and the then band leader/keys named it Ray's Blues. It was during that song that I learned the keys couldn't play Blues and didn't know what a 12 bar Blues progression was.
