I think you'll get a kick out of the story when I tell it.
I'm still riding the wave of excitement, and my evening is now spoken for, but over the next couple days I'll attempt to put thought to keyboard and describe just how special today was. I am truly blessed!

I didn't, Keith was the only one there. He was very welcoming and gracious to me and my wife.So very cool. Did you get to meet Kyle too?!
Thank you!@Mighty Thumb that is gorgeous and exactly what I want man! Please give deets when you can.
So cool, man! That bass is gorgeous. And you had the best NBD experience of them all. I used to think seeing the UPS truck pull up to the house was exciting, until the first time I walked into Roscoe HQ and saw my new, custom-made bass sitting on a stand.I'm still riding the wave of excitement, and my evening is now spoken for, but over the next couple days I'll attempt to put thought to keyboard and describe just how special today was. I am truly blessed!

Beautiful bass and awesome picture!
Definitely need to get that one printed, framed and hung in your music room!
@SteveC probably had the coolest pic when he picked up his STD Century 6 at the 2012 Roscoe GTG. It highlighted the playful side of Keith (and Steve and the bass). That bass should have been a keeper for live and hung on the wall with that picture!

Probably already answered but that's standard Roscoe Placement. Yes the Low B on all of Keith's basses are the best I've ever played. There are some others out there like a Lakland 5594 and a few Elrick US Gold lines but really those don't compare to my Roscoes .View attachment 4191763Got this SKB in a trade. It sounds great, especially the B string (it's 35'', but I think it sounds better than the B on a 37'' fan fret bass I had!)
Anyone know if there's a word for that specific pickup placement? I like it both ergonomically and tone wise!
Anyone have a single or double Grey Roscoe gig bag lying around they want to part with?[/QUO
I may have one
