S/D Bassists #86 - Dollar Tree Romance

Haters!

Motörhead is just a straight up rock n roll band. There's nothing crazy technical or supremely awesome. Just like Iggy and the Stooges. Attitude and volume.

that would explain why i dont like them at all. that whole "punk" mentality has been lost on me since i was 12. i can go to the mall and see attitude, i need more in my music.

Speaking of cheese and cringe-worthy lyrics:

:D

cmon you had to pick enter sandman! haha. id argue that the lyrics on the black album are more just cliche and lame vs cheesy (although theres some there). my 11 year old heart cant make me reason through that one tho. im just glad i didnt hear the black album for the first time 4 years ago haha.

i forgot to post this last week. when i bought my squier jazz, i bought it from this metal kid at guitar center. he starts talking to me about gear he wants, and out of the blue he asks me if ive ever heard of an acoustic 408 cab. i laugh and say yes of course i own 2, he gives me the no f'ing way look. we talk about them, he gets more jazzed to buy one, and then proceeds to tell me "im thinking about having this company called Monolith build me one, they make a really good copy".

i proceeded to blow a gasket and explain why that wasnt a good idea lol.

That's hilarious considering we play music that drones the same riff for minutes at a time.

I'd argue that what you see at the mall, is more entitlement than attitude.

do i pick this sucker up for cheap? pay comes in tonight..

YES! DO IT! Love my Matsumoku bass. I like my Ric more but, best P bass I've ever played.

Wait, he's still doing business ripping people off?

It's weird going straight but you get used to it.
I love weird dreams I just hate waking up panicked that's the worst. Almost like you didn't get any rest.
Good luck escaping the club!
Thanks! My resume looks like a history of the strip clubs in the Wichita area so it might take a while to get someone to take a chance on me. We will see.

At least the dreams aren't panic inducing too much so I should be thankful for that. A couple of them were actually kinda cool but others leave me feeling like I worked all night while I was sleeping.

Another video from the guy that is fixing my Vulcan...fuzz sounds so nasty. But theres so much gain its making some microphonics oscillation that he needs to source out before its all done.

Again a Facebook video so if your not friends with me send me a request! Were all friends here!

I'd snag that in a heartbeat. What's the exchange rate with NZD?
Edit: hell yeah that's like, $230. 32" or not that is a good price.

Can you check it out first? I've tried a few 'Uncle Mat' basses, and most have had banana necks and trussrods that don't do their job properly. Fit, finish and electronics may be fine, but the owner might have been a clueless kid who never turned the trussrod once and had a phase of putting heavy strings on the beast.
