I slimmed it down from this lot, just to include the Sadowsky and off-load most of the duplicates (although I do still have the ash StingRay and the Wal
).I'm much happier with the new, slimmed-down selection.
The Sadowsky makes sounds that none of the others can touch and there's enough tonal variety between all four to do everything that I need from an electirc bass (since I can't really play fretless, or do two-handed tapping on multiple strings a la Jean Baudin
).Sometimes, less really is more!
