Schecter Diamond P 5 (NBD)

After lots of research and playing one a while back I'm seriously thinking off making this my next bass.

I have a 4 string Dean Edge atm that I picked up for a song from a friend to learn on (case of bd lt actually).

I really want to start playin a fiver though. Wish they made one in blue and black like the raiden line but whatever.

Hard to find them used right now though. Guess I'll keep saving in case I have to buy a new one!

Well I tried but it looks like the wire is VERY tight. I need to remove the guard to see if they left any slack. My guess is no.

Even if you had to use Heat shrink and 2" of wire you should be cool...

I might self want all that back pickup bite in single mode :D.
Its funny that we are coming from 2 very different tonal worlds but dig the same bass.

My Fralin pickups should be be here next week for bass #2 cant wait.

I admit I haven't read through the whole thread so if this has been covered I apologize....

What's the string spacing like? I tend to like them a little wide.

Nice bass!

Just under 19

Smart move to jump on that one. The seller told me the weight and I should've jumped on it myself. Unfortunately, I just bought a JB-2 and my garage door needs fixing. Oh well, there will be another one.

I saw less than 10lbs but was 200 short :(

I found someone to lend me the $ for two weeks and made an offer ;D

Course my only garage door is is in a house I'm renting to someone and its brand new !!

Wish they made one in blue and black like the raiden line but whatever.

They do!
