I picked up a no name fretless bass 25+ years ago for a good price. Upon disassembly, I found it to have a Schecter unlined rosewood neck, Schecter shedua body, EMG P & J pickups, gold anodized pickguard, and a mixture of gold & brass hardware.

That looks really nice...I always liked Schecter. It sounds great, EMG 40J and 40DC, 3-band, 18v. Neck is arrow straight, action is stupidly low, plays effortlessly. I'll raise it up a tad, to taste. Weighs exactly 8lbs, 13oz, as claimed by Sweetwater. Perfectly balanced.
It's not really "yellow" looking at all. I wish it was. Nice hardware. For a no frills, player oriented bass, it's a solid buy. It needs nothing but a gig bag.

Question for you Templar...Whats the string spacing on that model?
Thanks in advance
