Schecter Owners Club, part 3

Here's my 2005 C-4, one of the best basses I've own

Nice collection. I have an older ESP / LTD that has a set of EMG Hz pickups in it. When I first bought it, I thought about swapping them out. After playing them though, I was surprised how good they sounded. Those are great looking basses.

Well, it looks like I found someone who has...

Hey y'all -

Sincere apologies for being away from this thread (and the forum in general, for that matter) for too long; a number of things have happened in the past few months that kept me away from here until just a few days ago. I do still have the master list and I will be issuing numbers again shortly, now that things have settled down some.

More info tomorrow and again, my apologies for the lack of attention here.

cool

I promised an update yesterday, but yesterday got weird. I should be ready to issue numbers this weekend, after I fix the formatting on master list (somehow, the lower third of the list lost its formatting and everything is mashed together into one big jumbled wad). I'm also gonna have to go back thru the pages here and find where I last gave numbers and pick it up from there. It might happen tomorrow afternoon, depending on the rest of the day.

Hang in there, it'll happen.

Hello all. I'm interested in joining the Schecter Owner's Club. My first (and only) bass is an Omen Extreme 4. I tried lots of different basses at GC, even an $800 Fender Jazz, but I kept coming back to the Omen. I think I made an excellent choice. I've since put a set of EB cobalt flat wounds on it. I love the way it plays and sounds. Even my instructor was impressed by the quality. Mudd, once the list gets straightened out, can I get a number?

You have. I actually placed the order for that exact bass thru GC when my first schecter (the blackjack atx c-4) showed up new on eBay. I made an offer that was essentially the same (this one came with a case) and it got accepted! I canceled the GC order, but if that hadn't happened, I am sure that I would be happily playing an Omen right now. IMO, the omen/blackjack/hellraiser with the thin "c-style" body is the best looking bass out there, period. Add in the incredible features, and excellent quality, and they are an unbeatable value as well. Congrats!

Just got a Stiletto Stealth. I really like the bass. Has anyone had trouble using wireless with these basses? My Line6 G10 just wont work with this bass. It works great with my Peavey Cirrus. I am thinking it may be the type of jack that they put in these Indo basses.
