Bongokid - were you looking for a number for your Hellcat VI? Ordinarily we only do basses here, but I suppose I could make an exception and list it with an asterisk or something.

Quick question for you fine folks, has anyone ever tried to convert a stiletto custom 4 to full on passive? Meaning in keeping the stock emg's and switching up the electronics to 2v 2t? How much of a project would that end up being? Or should I leave we'll enough alone? (Currently awaiting gold tuners, knobs, single bridge pieces and 40-95 optima gold strings, all off eBay will look kick ass decked out gold)
I had an early Bartolini pre installed in my Stiletto, mostly so I could have a passive option. It's still a battery-powered system tho, not completely passive. And while my electronics knowledge is basically zero, I'd guess that replacing the current pots with passive-specific ones would do what you are asking about. I think. Find a good guitar tech for real info.
Just perused the 2013 Schecter Catalogue. Only new thing for the bass section was the Nikki Six bass. Otherwise, it's last years selection. Also had the Schecter Amplification Catalogue for 2013 (Inaugural edition), guess what, WE GOT NOTHING!!! A few diff. heads and cabs for guitars,........and that's it!
Not too surprised, but I'm not expecting a lot in the way of amps, etc from them to begin with...nothing that'll get me to ditch my Trace gear, anyway.
My g/f really likes the way it looks (I have the same model and finish as yours) but I'm a little disappointed; I was expecting a glossy finish for some reason. And the inlays... looks kinda Black Sabbath, which is not a bad thing, all things considered, I guess... just not enthused.
However, this bass sounds and plays amazing!
I'm having problems changing the strings on it, I know you need extra long strings to put them through the body, but when I try to put them through the bridge, the hole isn't big enough for the string to go all the way in.
I am new on TB and am hoping maybe one of you can help me. I am trying to find a Schecter Robert Deleo Signature (Model T?)bass. I played one of a friends about a year ago and have been struggling to find one ever since. I see the Model T's that are available, but not the Signature series. My friend also mentioned his was American made with true Seymor Duncans, not the "designed by" versions. I thought he said it was purchased in 2000. I just want to make sure I am looking for the right specs because I LOVED that bass! Any help would be very much appreciated. Thanks!
Well, it is a 35" scale bass. Might need to get extra long scale strings. I haven't changed mine yet.
Derrick...that bass will most likely be hard to find (semi-educated guesstimations from here on). The Cali custom shop probably did those, and from what I've heard about most all of the basses from the CS, they're pretty much spoken for as soon as they're finished. Only thing I can suggest offhand is googling around for any availability and buy it when you find it, 'cause you may not get a second chance at one.
My Stilleto camed with stainless EBs and they were WAY to clanky for my tastes, so I put a new set of Chromes on it only to find the B would'nt fit. So I drilled out the hole for it easy as pie. Don't start with a bit you think will work, start with a bit just slightly larger and work up from there.
Note also that, while they don't make a big noise about it, Schecter's warranty is pretty much lifetime to the original owner.
