I’ve been fortunate to see Sheryl a few times over the years. She puts on a great show and comes across as a down to earth lady. Highly recommended.

The early versions are thicker and semi-solid. The later versions are completely solid.

Funny story about Sheryl and the Guild M-85. The bassist in the "Tuesday Night Music Club" had a semi-solid "deep" M-85 and apparently she loved the sound of it and wanted to purchase one. What she didn't know is that Guild switched from the deep semi-solid to the thinner completely solid-body and she bought a solid body. Seems to have worked out though!

Your '73 is a beaut' , I had a '73 as well in tobacco sunburst. Thats the one bass I sold that I definitly regretted, wish I could find another in great shape like yours here.There is a '68 on Reverb but its in pretty ruff shape. I think I prefer the Humbuckers to the Bi Sonics anyway, have had both so just my opinion, some folks say the opposite, to each there own I guess
