Show me your compact pedalboard setup

PREYBOARDFINAL.jpeg

Tuner=>Radial JDI=>Keeley Bass Comp=>3Leaf Octabvre Mini->3Leaf Doom 2=>Iron Ether Xerograph Deluxe=>Neunaber Immerse=>Darkglass X7 Ultra

Never had the need for two boards, but I do now. So here it goes:

Psychedic/Stoner board:

Tuner - Micro Synth - VT Bass - Blues Driver - Phase 90 - Canyon (with external tap tempo). Also: Micmechanic for vocal reverb and delay.

I just love the Blues Driver for this band. It is loud, cut's through the mix, retains low-end, ... . It's just a great bass pedal that -in my opinion- does not get enough recognition for it. It kicked a lot of high end OD, fuzzes and distortions of the board. I have never stuck with an OD pedal for this long, could not live without it. The VT Bass is my always on overdrive, to give my sound some growl without havin' to push the amp to hard. I love this board and this setup has been in use for the last two years, not realy planing on any new additions, ... . I truely think I set here.

Coverband board:

Tuner - Mole - Octave - Bassdrive

This is the little guy that wil probably be getting some updates along the way. The Mole is mainly on there because I had the extra slot, it doesn't really get much use. I'm on the lookout for a cheap natural sounding overdrive pedal to replace it (think VT bass, but a decent cheap alternative). I mainly use the OC2 in combination with the ODB3 for a synth tone that we need for some songs. The Mole gives this synth some low-end boost. The ODB3 is there because it was the only dirt pedal I had left. It will probably get replaced with some kind of big muff (bass or green russian, don't know yet. Tips are welcome). Great thing about this board is that just slides into the pocket of my guitarbag.

Decent cheap alternative?

Try Dr. J Sparrow (BDDI clone, actually), or Moen Bass Buffalo for clean sounds. They should be about 60$ each new IIRC. The Sparrow is truly awesome, I ditched the real BDDI for it.

My pedal board used to be compact

But then I decided to add a couple more

I really like that the sansamp has a xlr and 1/4 inch out
Lets me send to my interface so I can record the music set
Im going Ns ->comp->volume pedal (tuner out) ->sansamp -> 1/4 out to eq ->interface :bassist:
Did you personalize the tuner yourself? I picked up an LS-2 here that was painted black with a flaming haired skull in a Viking helmet on it :laugh: So much more interesting than stock!
