I will admit that I wasn't that impressed with just one, no matter where I put it. Two stacked is where I got the bug. Then I just bought more for multiple boards, not wanting to move them around. Now they're all on one board because they fit, and why not.

This is almost my exact journey, only I started with two LBA2020s because I had read how the effect compounds when stacked. Now I have five across two boards, but they are in the process of migrating to one board.

Whatever works for you! Can you describe the difference in tone between 0, 2, and 6 of these things?

Yes exactly. Especially when being pushed progressively harder on down the signal chain.

edit to add: They seem to upgrade the tone of everything they are currently behind. DCX BASS "Plus", Cali76CB "Plus"... I loved them after my JAM Pedals Lucy Dreamer OD... "Plus".

Despite my best efforts I again have more pedal boards than I need. Update required!
Effectrode LA-1A off, TLC back on, Fuzzistor added, search for synthy sounds. This pains me, but I've had a couple of near misses with punters with the LA-1A, and I can't take the stress! the THDI/LA-1A combo is one I really love. LA-1A going to a clean tone/IEM board rather than my main gigging board that I take when I don't know what I'm in for. DC7 underneath, and running extender cables for the G50 to get the antennae out the way. Cave passive pedals passive variable hi pass filer underneath. Homemade board that fits a mono case. Sometimes running the BSW, but also the spark booster.

Mini board hasn't changed much, if any

Remnants of my old main board. Now set up to run with my Bergantino Super Pre, and G50. 2 vacant power outputs on Cioks 4 are to run power to the SP and G50

No one wants to buy my Linden in Australia, and I'm not giving it away. Clean tone/IEM board. Unused Rockboard with Linden, LA-1A, room to drop the G50 on, and Orchid Micro DI.

It's called dirty magic....my Dream Catcher has the same finish.....but looks more muted without any direct light in this shot:

I love it-does the 1 trick I want perfectly, reliably & consistently at low cost. I sold my Josh Wah and stopped looking for other env. filters.

This is, hands down, the cleanest mini board I've ever seen. All those perpendicular and parallel lines. Gold star, my dude.

Updated Duo13 pb—swapped out my backup PC-2A for the Opto Smoothie compressor, and sent my green LED MORE back for pink LEDs…

My Duo17 pb remains perfect to my ears…

I tried to like my Nano-size board, but it’s just so much nicer plugging into pb sides (vs pedals + power underneath…)

Not pictured are my tuner (Korg PB advance) and Broughton HPF, both run off the board. Might expand and add a Freeze or looper.

Make Sounds Loudly Mutron Phasor II clone. Nice thick sweep, sounds great with fuzz before it, as all phasers should be judged imo.

Part of me wants another Nano+ so I can set them up in an L shape. I had a two row board in the past and I really didn't like the tap dancing across rows.

SO far it is good, my only concern is the battery, it last like 3 hrs only..but you can always bring a usb c cable and plug it.
