Show me your compact pedalboard setup

I like this thread whatever.

what I like about it is whether it’s 3 pedals or squeezing 12 in it’s a attempt to limit the size down to do a certain level - there’s other threads where you can see boards the size of aircraft carriers, and often with all the new trendy pedals - which is fine,
but this thread ppl only stick it on if it’s used for something- and folk are more likely to be doing that to actually gig them - so you have a selection of used boards with a range of new to old pedals….which for me is way more interesting
Yeah, it’s not explicit in the title, and it probably is a bit of scope drift, but this thread attracts boards that people might actually move from one place to another, so keeping things manageable while maximizing the available space leads to boards I’m generally more interested in seeing.

Downsized from a Rockboard 4.1 back to a 2.1! I prefer the feel of a single row of pedals and decided I wasn’t really using the modulation/filter/reverb pedals enough to warrant the larger board! I pulled the DCX Boost off my acoustic guitar board (swapped it with a Mira) and that in turned bumped the Fake Plastic Trees for low gain drive and adding thickness (the FPT sounded great in this role but is quite a bit noisier!!).
Might put together an electric guitar board on the bigger Rockboard with the FPT as the amp!

I also love routing drive/distortion through DCX eq.

I did update and put on the DCX. Will be trying it out over the next few weeks. Had it before, but different setup and basses and I was only using it as EQ/preamp. If the DCX doesn’t do it, I’m going to squeeze the BDDI on there. And there we go.

VMT into DCX is the base of my tone. Love it.

Hope you are enjoying the BDDI. When I use mine, I have settings similar but with the drive and presence just a little bit lower. Sounds really good. Kind of dirty and punchy.
Have you had a chance to use it through a FOH yet? You will be surprised how good it sounds going through the PA.
I actually just bought it last night and testing it at home. So far I am loving it.

I made some updates to my board. I replaced the cheap Joyo power supply under the board with a Cioks Sol, and squeezed in a Becos CompIQ Stella Pro compressor. I think I'll replace the Spectradrive at some point. It was a nice all in one pedal that I had dialed in pretty good with my 4 string Gibson, but I haven't liked the Spectradrive compressor with the Stingray Special 5 HH I got several months ago. I never could get that compressor to play nice with the B string, although some Toneprints weren't as bad as others. The Becos just arrived today, and I'm still trying to fully figure it out, but it's already sounding better than the compressor on the Spectradrive. The Joyo power supply wasn't terrible, but the Cioks has cut down on noise.

Looking for suggestions from people! I want to migrate the below pictured board to a purchased board. I have often made my own but the current one is just a hair too small, and I don't feel like making one this time.

Current candidates are:
Rockboard 4.1 (460mm X 330mm)
Jetsetter by Caseman (460mm x 320mm)

These will give me an extra 30mm in each direction which is perfect. The Rockboard probably wins at this point with available accessories, holes for cable routing, and price point, but if there are other options I'm keen to hear about them. Nux bumble bee is a good size, but I would prefer to have my Cioks DC7 underneath.

Thanks in advance!

I’ve got a Rockboard 4.1 (but just went down to a smaller Duo 2.1 as pictured a few posts above). I’ve been really happy with the Rockboard boards (I’ve got three of them now), easy to route cables and plenty of space underneath for power supplies etc. Happily recommend them!
