Didn’t know MXR bass D.I. has a send return. Here's mine. I could make it more compact, but I like to leave enough space between pedals to be able to unplug and bypass any pedal quickly in the event of failure (the pedal's, not mine!)

It doesn't. But now mine does.Didn’t know MXR bass D.I. has a send return.
I added a thread explaining how I added the send/return. Adding a send-return effects loop to the MXR M80 Bass d.i.+It doesn't. But now mine does.
I modified it so I could have the chorus come after the distortion. I'm going to put up a post about the modification in a few days.
First time winning an ebay bid. Got this Cali76 for $200usd. Quick board update.

Quick vid clip:
I got the DC7 with the Crux from facebook marketplace and it didn't come with a Flex cable so I used the crux instead. Can I ask why you are running a Crux with so many unused outputs on your DC7?
Any opinions on the order?View attachment 7316516
I made patches on my mxr bass synth for chorus, plain envelope and octave. It covers those well. It doesn’t have the up octave which I miss from the polyblue, but have to keep it compact.I just switched to a slanted Onstage board to replace the flat Pedaltrain plus switched to EBS ribbon cables from Ernie Balls so I could fit the Bass Clone on the end. Wondering if the new MXR Bass Synth could replace my octave and chorus pedals so I could fit my Phase 90 on there?View attachment 7303354
Current setup:
The board and the Sol have room for one more mini pedal. I'm thinking about a dedicated chorus to go before the splitter, but may get another Tonex One since it could do that plus a whole lot more. I really like Tonex for my primary sound.
- Pedaltrain PT-PB3 Booster with janky rubber feet and a Cioks Sol underneath (fits perfectly with no room to spare).
- Empress Bass Compressor into JHS Spliter.
- Split side 1 to amp.
- Split side 2 to Tonex One to SushiBox Finally v2 to FOH/DAW.
I'm using the Tonex as an amp and cab sim, so it'd be like sending a miced amp into another amp. I did that for a while before I got the splitter, but the amp definitely sounds better without the extra coloration. (Note that I tried both the regular input and the effects return.)If you like the sound of the Tonex why aren't you sending it to your own amp?
I'm happy to answer but not sure I understand the question - do you mean the settings on the S1 and/or LT?No opinion on the order but I'm curious about how you like your EQ and if you came to it from something else.

What is inserted in the Drive loop of the EBS pedal? The latest.
The eq at the end corrects anything missing, the grizzly is the main workhorse and the Sheehan pedal provides a nice kick when needed.
Clean Shaw DI at end (lower left).
