Show me your compact pedalboard setup

Two compact pedalboards today. I have to travel lighter than usual for a project and I made a Boss GT1000 Core pedalboard

Here is latest iteration of my pedal board.

Source Audio EQ2 is always on. First Channel is first in my chain, second channel is at the end, behind the Fliptop. I have EQ presets for Fusion, Funk, Octaver feed, and a nice generic sound.
Empress Bass Compressor is always on, and right ofter the EQ.
MXR Bass Octave Deluxe works standalone or as part of a Octave/Fuzz/Filter combo.
Doom 2 is a standalone mild fuzz, to make my Filter/Phaser more prominent, or as part of a Octave/Fuzz/Filter combo.
Mutron IV is a standalone envelope filter, or as part of a Octave/Fuzz/Filter combo.
Mothership Control gives me a snappy filter with mild gated fuzz and clean sub-octave for Bootsy Funk; a Moog-inspired synth for Chameleon Fusion; and, an Acoustic upright bass emulation setting for jazz tones.
Source Audio Lunar is loaded with two phasers and a chorus
Broughton Audio Fliptop is always on. It gives my just the right amount of subtle gain and B15 cabsim to, in combination with EQ and compression, close to a Paul Jackson tone.

I am curious about the Fliptop. How effective is it at "overriding" for lack of a better term your rigs sound and really sounding like a B15? Or is it more like an overdrive with B15 flavor?

Clever. I didn't realize there were two channels that could be set separately. I like how you hvae one EQ for the front aof your chain nd one for the back. A very clever idea. I keep seeing this pedal pop up here.

Both EQ2 channels are independent. So, for example, with the first channel I can shape the signal so it triggers Octave, Filter or Mothership Control correctly, and the second channel feeds the Fliptop a balanced signal without competing EQ or unwanted peaks so the Fliptop can do its Ampeg magic.

The Cab setting on the Fliptop dials in the B15 cab emulation. I have it cranked for full emulation, and it's awesome. Even through a flat practice amp, it's sounds like I'm playing through a 15" speaker (but without the extra volume), whatever the effects I'm using in front of it.

The first key is sending it a balanced EQ signal so it can do its thing. It won't override everything - it needs to be let to work. The second key is the gain setting, dialing in to just behing the point of breakup, so it emulates pushing the Cab hard. That's what gives it vintage warmth.

I think Source Audio needed to do a better job marketing this pedal. This is a killer feature that people just don't know about.
Agreed. Once Source Audio support says that Neuro 3 it is working on Windows 11 24H2.

SA support told me two weeks ago that it is still “not supported”. Err, what?

I love the idea but that just isn’t practical (or useable) at all.

I wanted to run some pedals under the board and just put a bypass looper up top but since some pedals don’t auto turn on when the board is powered up it would be an extra hassle to turn the ones on underneath first. Has anyone found a solution to that issue or a hack. Not sure if you can swap the switch out or what, especially on a DG pedal.

Power supply shuffle between my boards is complete.

RB Quad 4.1 now has the Ghostfire FH5 and a RB ISO 6 IEC. The IEC thru on the FH5 is feeding the ISO 6.
RB Duo 2.1now has the Cioks DC 7 (it did have the Ghostfire FH5). Mini mod fitted for aux power out to vocal pedal.
Now both boards have USB power out for tablets and to charge my wireless receivers. USB A thru panel mounts fitted to both boards

Using this when I want the HXS and GLDX in from on an amp or with my Berg Super Pre. IEC panel mount fitted to feed a power supply for the Cioks 4. Mini mod fitted to supply aux power to vocal pedal or Super Pre.

Big RC fan as well! How are you feeling about the V2? Do you use the second stage as a boost since the first stage is always on? I've been using a V1 with my pbass for a long time.
I only got the V2 because my V1 crapped out on me after over 15 years. I love the V2--I think the 18v does "something" to the sound--maybe more "open" (whatever that means!). I rarely use the second Gain stage, but it is cool. Of course I have my comp after it so that affects how I can use it but I have kicked it on for solos and it does give me a little extra oomph. The RC is indispensable for my sound I want to send FOH. I record with it too, love it.
