My 22" scale custom, made of poplar by Bruce Herron of Blue Star Guitar. He's in the process of making a 22" scale violin body of butternut, finished in transparent red. Hopefully the grain will shine through (my drawing below, he won't let me see it until it's done).

Hi Thomas, Since I know you're an Ibanez fan, I assume "Ugh" is directed at the pants and not the bass...

...Did I mention that I love this Bass ?


...I say that often to my bandmates. They laugh and tell me they love it too. It sounds wonderful, stays in tune very well, makes me happy, and just the joy of it makes me play more creatively, If I say so myself, and my bandmates agree... (we play mostly RealBook Jazz).

Am I "gushing"... ? I 'reckon so...
