Show us your "parts basses"

This Jazz consists of a Squier Vintage Modified body, Lindy Fralin pickups, Warmoth roasted maple Jazz neck (PLEKed)with a nut I cut, and Hipshot Ultralite tuners. It sounds great!

My two current Parts basses.
On the left is an MJT P Bass body in Shoreline Gold Nitro.
Roasted Maple Warmoth neck, Fralin pickup, Gotoh reverse vintage tuners.
Amazing bass!!! In my 35+ years of playing, this is in my top5.

On the right is a 54 style MJT in Candy Apple Tangerine nitro.
allparts neck, Nordstrand hum cancelling pickup. Gotoh reverse vintage tuners.
The pickguard was handmade by the guy that did the assembly.
TB user Jedibass. His business is Mad Man Music.
I love how he used Indian Head nickels as string retainers.
Might be parting ways with this one.

Incredible fretwork on both!! He even did rolled edges.
Last is my third Mad Man Music bass that's in progress

I’ve had a PV Axcelerator 5 string for 26 years that I love. My church technical, sound and worship team prefer the PV over all my other basses. So I wanted a backup.

I found an Axcelerator neck, same year as mine. I was going to build a body, but found a PV GV bass body, found in a pallet of stuff a guy bought when PV US folded. So I bought the NOS red sparkle GV body. He also had the correct VFL active pickups.

I used a three band EMG BQS preamp and a Hipshot Kickass bridge.

It turned out great. It ended up more expensive than my other parts basses, but it is all USA parts. I can legitimately (I think) call it a USA PV.

This is a project I'm looking to finish next week. 80's Lotus Pbass body I routed for a bridge J pickup. Kickass bridge, cheap neck off eBay, Bartolini P/J pickups going in with a kellingsound harness, used neck inserts for the first time. Very easy to install!! Tru oil going on the neck. Pics of progress.
